I'm married to my high school sweetheart and live in the heart of Central Valley in California, surrounded by agriculture. I have two young children who are the light of my life plus a beautiful fur baby, named Dallas (rescued from Oklahoma). Demonstrating a healthy lifestyle for my children is a top priority, and showing them what balance means.
You can usually find me walking around as walking outdoors is one of my favorite pastimes. I love to be in nature, listen to a personal development podcast, or coach my clients as I get my daily steps in!
I strongly believe it's vital for women to love their bodies AND still have goals it. I am passionate about teaching women how to separate fat loss vs. muscle growth to get their desired body composition with parts 1 & 2 of my signature programs...
